Digitalization in the Human Capital Management

Countries of the EU are trying to create a single digital market. Therefore, this article aims evaluate current situation in field readiness economic entities Slovakia for challenges human capital management (HCM) when implementing technologies their processes and propose recommendations regarding implementation technologies. We used basic scientific methods calculated Cronbach’s alpha, descriptive statistics, chi-square test detect dependencies between variables. This data from questionnaire survey completed by managers or owners Slovakia. In 2020, we received answers 905 respondents, 2021, our sample consisted 561 respondents. found that among most is digitalization GDPR not use personnel information system (HRIS). The assumptions size entity prevailing ownership influence were also confirmed. article’s originality lies topicality examined issue extensive spanning two years.
